In all occasions we recommend you to contact our team, we are always going to do everything to help you and solve all issues related to the item.If a bag worn out in 6 months because of technological issues – we always repair the bag or its parts free of charge.Guarantee for leather is 7 months, for metal hardware 2 years.
All our bags are made of natural leather. Because it is a natural product, marks and leather irregularities are expected.
We would like to highlight, that in reality, leather colors can be slightly different from ones you see on your screen, because of different screen contrasts and settings.
About configurated bag returns:
When ordering a bag online according to the law article No. 6.22810, customer’s product recall is not available in these cases:
Configurated bags, which are not pre-made, and which are built by customer request and specifications are not returnable.
After customer received a product and want to return it they must contact our support team during a time no longer than 2 days after receiving the item. Items, which are requested to return after longer period will go through an investigation and then if it doesn’t have any damage or marks of wearing, a full refund will be provided.
We are working with stylists, photographers, and influencers, so if you would like to borrow a bag for a photoshoot, just contact our team via email – info@pakabahouse.com and we will arrange it!
All bags except ones that were personally configurated for customer can be changed to different bag of the same price from our stock. You must contact out customer support by the email – info@pakabahouse.com
